This hotel is in a great location. Close to everything we wanted to see. The water stations are a great perk. Was able to work from the bar on the main level. Our room was clean and fit 3 adults. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel.

Close to trains, bus, water taxi. Very nice hotel but what really makes this hotel a stand out is the front desk. They are very helpful and in the case of Nikola, he went out of his way to retrieve my phone I had left on the car from the airport. Without my phone, this trip would have been ruined. He did this on his day off. Extraordinary service. They also have an amazing breakfast buffet you can enjoy in their lovely garden. This hotel will not disappoint!!!!

The hotel stay exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and decorated very well. We had a canal view, which was great to have for the mornings and nights. We were also celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary, and the hotel staff decorated our room. The staff were so polite and helpful. The breakfast is a must do, and had tons of options. The location was a 10 minute walk from the train station and was very convenient. Next time we visit Venice, I will most definitely stay here again.

Close to train/bus/taxi stations so didn’t have to carry luggage very far. We had a superior canal view room but were disappointed as it literally looked over the canal at the bus station. Very busy area due to proximity to transport hubs. We changed rooms to junior suite with no view but lovely quiet spacious room! You will have lots of opportunity for canal views as you meander the Venice streets.
