Decent hotel, but absolutely zero customer service
The hotel is quite nice and room was very good. However the customer service was non existent. We needed help with a taxi to airport, but the staff was very not helpful leaving us to fend for ourselves and barely making our flights. I've traveled a lot and I can say that I've never experienced customer service this bad. Be weary as they advertise themselves as an airport hotel, but you may be stuck as this hotel is actually in a suburb with not much around, and even getting a Grab is difficult
