Better location than you think.
Location seemed iffy if you don’t know New York but was right where we needed it to be for accessing all the tourist spots and some independent eateries. On arrival the inside of the hotel was lovely and reception staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was small but that’s typical of hotel rooms in New York. However it was well thought out and everything we needed was there. We had an amazing city view over Hudson Yards. A confusing sign in the bathroom about hanging towels if you want to reuse or contacting reception led us to question whether the room would be serviced daily. It was and that was your confusion. A friend in another nearby hotel only got service on alternate days. The bar didn’t open until mid afternoon so a lunchtime drink seemed difficult for the distracted bar staff. Our only complaint. There is a coffee shop on site that doesn’t open too early and a restaurant we didn’t use. Overall it was a great hotel. Expensive but typical for New York. We would and will stay again

Loved the attention to details and the atmosphere was inviting. Enjoyed coming in after a king day venturing and smelling the scent the hotel scent. Appreciated the text feature versus having to place a phone call. Our mother daughter stay was memorable. Thank you Arlo
