The hotel is located on a poorly transited street so walking at later hours is not recommended. The staff at the reception desk were not polite, for example, if you want to use the steam bath you have to reserve, I did so and they still wouldn’t turn it on until about 20 minutes of my reservation were left. The breakfast is also very misleading and extremely inadequate: three pieces of fruit, sugary concentrated orange juice and a cookie with some coffee. The waiter passively aggressively tries to intimidate you into purchasing a complete breakfast. Bathroom very dirty

The staff at the hotel, was great. Maid saw me walking in the hall and always asked if i wanted my room clean. i dont care if my bed is made or the room being clean. i do care about having a new towel when i get out of the shower she made sure my son and i had fresh towels everyday. (i did tip her when i checked out). One of the only hotels that did have the pool open for covid. Taco stand on the corner was awesome. i didnt really spend alot of time at the hotel and interact with different people there. wifi worked very well, my son had elearning while we were there. i would stay again

PERFECT LOCATION FOR US CAS ISSUES, SAFE SURROUNDI
I had an appointment for the CAS for fingerprint taking, and picture taking, It was pretty near, just like Fiesta INN, and another one something INN, in minutes walking, the internet was awesome for a mexican like me with almost 100 megas INN, it has been taken well care, with redesigned rooms.
