there are 2 sets of elevator call buttons. only one works no room service no fresh towels for a 3 day stay no additional soap, shampoo........ no live person communication during reservation process to check in you need all the codes an info from e mail. i dont have a smart phone.

Run down & disappointing
This property was advertised as a luxury apartment. There was nothing luxurious about it. Furniture & patio furniture were in bad condition. There was not a lock on the sliding glass door, nor was there a stick or anything to secure the door. Neighboring unit shares stairs and could access our patio/sliding glass door, advertised it sleeps 8, dishes in kitchen were only for 4, bath towels were for 3. Wifi/Cell service is unit is almost non-existent. Property next door is under construction so you get to enjoy the sound of jackhammers for 8hours straight. Hugh pool...only had 7 lounge chair available. Attempted to call contact given three times but never answered the phone and couldn't leave a message.

Well checking in was painless, but the room was terrible. The shade fell off the window, a drawer was broke on the dresser, my bed was almost flat in the ground from a broken frame, towel rack broken off, knobs missing in the kitchen, but the biggest thing was the smoke detector not in working condition and didn’t even have a back up battery in it. This was by far the worst I have stayed in and they were unwilling to try to even make and changes to our room until the following day. We ended up moving to a diff hotel that night.

The property was very expensive and it didn’t deliver what was advertised the stove was broken the refrigerator was a college size to accommodate a family at Thanksgiving it was awful and the kitchen has a leak the floor stayed wet very disappointed for the amount I spent for the room for the Thanksgiving holiday all the foid spoiled
