Room service was very poor and my biggest problem is that I got horrible information from your printed materials and your staff. First night we were there your restaurant staff told us there would be room service til 9:30. We called at 9:05 and were told there was no room service. Your manual in room said there was room service breakfast lunch and dinner. We called next day at lunch only to be told there was no room service. Now I don’t really care when you do or don’t. Just don’t. Tell customers the wrong info as they make plans around what you tell them then are stuck. And you charged me way to much for crappie service. If I paid $200 per night. I would expect this. And we are not even talking about your air conditioning not working well.

Unique and beautiful spot.
Our family loved this beautiful boutique hotel right next to the city market. It’s unique, clean, and comfortable. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, the coffe shop was delicious, and I loved the linens and towels.

Amazing location, the hotel was pricey so my expectations were high. The beds were comfortable but several areas in the hotel needed maintenance. I have some complaints about the floorplan for a familly of five. There was a separate area with a pullout sofa but feel it should have had another king bed allowing some separation. The bathroom had a huge shower but needed a double vanity. There were a few dismissive staff members but the majority of employees were kind and helpful. The valet employees were efficient with great attitudes. I am disappointed there was no other option for parking than to valet (and it was expensive). Overall a nice hotel.
