Didn’t look anything like the pictures and it was dirty. Bed spreads visibly stained. Carpet dirty and floors unswept. Toilet seat was dirty and there was hairs in the sink. Pictures make it look new and fresh. It was dingy and old. TV remote didn’t work

Filthy -place needs a complete overhaul
The dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Urine on the bathroom floor, a hardened spill stain on the fridge multiple (coffee?) stains on the bed cover , the air conditioner unit was covered in dirt and dust, … etc. door lock stuck and AC unit had no controls . The room said no smoking , but must be a recent thing because even the clothes I slept in reeked of smoke the next day.

Not clean, burn holes in bedding with stains. Heat didn't work in the first room they gave us. It was very evident the bathroom had not been cleaned by the condition of the toilet. Staff was friendly said they place is a dump and that they get their share of crazies so to keep our stuff locked up. Only positives were our car wasn't stolen or broken into and leaving.
