Poor
Absolutely disgusting. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The crowd was young and indecent (I am also young and not from the best neighborhoods). Seemed like way too many people specially with Covid restrictions. First room they gave me (1613) the sanitizer sticker was moved. I still went in the room and just got a bad Ora. Looked old, dusty and dingy. Went down to get a new room. This one was (1711) absolutely DISGUSTING! Q-tip on the floor, toilet was stained and yellow, also dusty. Hair on the walls. (I have pictures) then I went down stairs to just ask for a refund. Manager came to me and just said they canceled the order on their side so I have to call hotel.com to receive my refund. He was nice but also unprofessional. Didn’t ask me why I was unhappy. I asked for proof to show he canceled it. He gave me a paper saying he canceled it but wouldn’t sign it and didn’t even put a date on it. By far the worst experience I have encounter. Not sure if they just gave me an indecent room because I am young and thought I fit the crowd of the others they attracted but I was truly offended that they would even think they could give me a room like that. It was so bad I didn’t even use the bathroom and It was an emergency!! Felt way uncomfortable. Never again.

Great location but bad accommodation
The location is great but the room itself was not probably clean. The sheet look like it was use. The tub was very dirty. There was no refrigerator to store your stuff. The tv wouldn't turn on properly. I had to call the front desk which took over 20 minutes. Also no welcome paper in your room telling you about the hotel or where everything was in the building. I would not stay there again.

Greatest location (maybe) in the world
Probably one of the best locations in the world. You will love the view and 30 second walk to Times Square! Rooms are nice, but i did find one used mask behind my nightstand. Staff was very nice and I enjoyed my stay in general!

Good
My room did not look the way it did online! Also online it said Double Tree & had it not been for us using the address I would of continuously passed up the hotel! It could’ve been cleaned better & the bed was hard! It was my first time in NY & I definitely won’t choose here to stay for my next visit!

Good for the price and location
Location is great. Beds are super hard and you can't control the temperature in your room. They have it set for all rooms so I roasted for 3 days and I have a high tolerance for heat. If you run hot like my husband, forget it. You'll be miserable. Rooms are nice size for NYC.
