Overall nice, but still not "amazing".

Quick 2 nights to see our favorite comedian at a nearby casino. Typically the Mirage is out of our budget but we got a great deal and were very excited for the opportunity to stay here. Check-in was easy - done online before we arrived and walked right up to a kiosk for our keys. Room was very comfortable, bed was wonderful. Our TV did not work - we'd choose a channel and 5 seconds later it would "lose signal" never to return. Tried calling the front desk 3 separate times - nobody ever answered the phone. I wasn't going to march down and wait in line just for a 2 night stay. They had a "charging station" with lots of various outlets at the desk built into the counter - nice feature BUT 99% of people would still like to charge their phone next to the bed - which was impossible. Bed outlets were behind the headboard and not accessible. Bathroom was nice enough - very tight layout with the door swinging very close to the toilet and you couldn't comfortably leave the door open while showering. Not enough places to hang a wet towel - single hook on the back of the door. Layout of the hotel was easy to navigate and remember. Pool exceeded my expectations - very lush with lots of trees and natural shade. Sadly, we got a super cloudy day on our one available morning so we didn't get to enjoy it for a few hours like I usually try to do. I would definitely consider staying here again just to have a fun pool day here. BUT, I wouldn't bust my budget to stay here.
