Avoid Crowne Plaza!
Crowne Plaza definitely needs to properly train & enforce their housekeeping to clean more thoroughly. The shower heads are disgusting, as well as all the moldy seams of the showers. Used gloves, and a discarded or misplaced broken grate were outside our window. I've stayed at this property many times over the years due to location while traveling, and the check in attendant never mentioned they are now charging to park on the property. I discovered that 2 days later reviewing charges.

Exceptional 10.0
Desk chair leaned and requested to swap it for one from another room but it fell on deaf ears and now my back hurts the next day. Also took over an hour to get a set of bedding for the pull-out sofa. In all, great stay other than the understaffing/service.

No coffee in our room and $2.50 in the lobby...I paid 4 breakfast which they did not have...heat/air squealed when running. Staff was nice but I've stayed at better super 8's and didn't have 2 pay 4 parking.

I was disappointed, I stayed here 2 years ago and there was no charge for parking, in the room they used to have hand and foot cream and aroma therapy oils. There was a large LaCrosse convention and n were kids running around being very loud and pressing all the buttons on the elevators. The pool, hot tub, restaurant and bar were closed for seating, I understand it was required because of covid, I just don't understand how you can charge full price. Also no daily housekeeping, I was disappointed that we had to request towels everyday and change the sheets ourselves. Prices were high and our incidental deposit has yet to be refunded even though we didn't charge anything to our room.

Very good 8.0
Service was great! We called for extra bedding s and toiletries and within 15 minutes it’s delivered in our room. Our TV needed to be checked and he came right away to fixed.Wished the restaurant is open (Covid precaution)& free parking.

Poor 2.0
Fleas, bad beds, and road noiae
The first room I was booked into was covered in fleas. I got undressed and laid in bed and immediately had 3 on me. IN THE SUPPOSEDLY CLEAN bed. Disgusting. They moved me into another room and the bed in that room was so worn out that it almost folded up around me like a hard shell taco. Also you are right by the freeway and it sounds like you are ten feet from it. Terrible
