Great family stay
We had a nice big room for the three of us. Central AC wasn’t working but separate unit just made it. Then I had a single room for an extra night and it was perfect. I stayed in this hotel 55 years ago !!!

Reception staff was very polite and hopeful and reception area was very modern but I was disappointed with my room, shower rail was loose and shower temp was stuck at very hot couldn’t turn it down, nespresso machine leaked water and was waken up by the constant trams that sounded like they was coming into the room they was so loud which I know midland couldn’t do anything about the trams but a bit of sound proof might help
