Noise from bar near by and air conditioning was an issue. Parking not ideal and towels and robes quite worn. No water in fridge. Staff very attentive but not worth the money.
fantastic location in every way water view city and restaurants
Overnight stay. Great hotel and location, would love to stay longer next time to take better advantage of the great facilities. Service very friendly and informative.
Mini vacation, Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Room was nice, bed very comfortable. Very clean, great view of the river and in a great location to walk around.
The hotel is new, everything was as expected of the Hilton standard. Great location. Rooftop bar was exceptional. The two downsides was the small-ish swimming pool and limited choices on the restaurant menu. Also, great service.
Panoramic river room booked and the view was awesome also the roof top bar view was awesome too. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Close to cbd and shopping's malls. Enjoyed our stay and will be back soon!
We stayed on lvl 6 the bar downstairs is so loud until about 11pm. Spoke to another guest that was on 16 they also said they can still hear the music. We also had a thumping noise don’t know what it was. Other than this all good. We were in corner room. Bed is comfy, king deluxe room is spacious. Breakfast is very average
Parking in the Terrace Road carpark is relatively convienient, make sure to get your parking validated at the hotel. Drinks at the pool bar are very expensive. Bed was very hard, bordering on uncomfortable. Check-in at 3pm was very busy with the foyer filled with people checking in.
They are still finding their feet having only opened 2 weeks ago and we had an 1.5 hour wait for our after we checked in at 3.30pm. I am assured they will get on top of this but allow yourself some extra time if you have an an immediate appointment straight after check in.
Although our check in experience was ruined by the hotel not receiving our booking from Hotels.com, they found us a room and gifted us a beautiful bottle of wine. The room had a great view of Elizabeth Quay area. Room is modern and very clean. Pool is fantastic especially at sunset when everyone else has departed. The pool area can be staffed better with more regular cleaning of cups/ glasses etc throughout the day. Overall it was a wonderful experience and i highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.
