My first day check in the receptionist was rude !! No greeting part or eye contact all instructions was most likely she’s demanding Normally I get great service especially late night crew !!! They are amazing friendly

The hotel lobby and hallways smelled like cigarettes. The best part of the room was the bed, it was comfortable. Having a kitchen inside was a plus as well. Overall, a good enough stay for the price.

I was kinda disappointed. I chose this place for kitchenette and pet friendly. At first they weren’t going to let me check-in. Because I paid with a giftcard. Even though I offered my credit card and front desk made it a complete nightmare and by the time I was in room too late to even use kitchenette. Then to top it off they charged $75 for my frenchie and shower didn’t work at all. I won’t recommend this hotel but I don’t blame hotels.com

Walls are very thin, at night we can hear the TV of the room next to us and in the morning we can hear their alarms going off. Overall, clean room, has a kitchenette, nice for family.
