Great place in centre of Bern
We had amazing stay in this hotel. It feels like home. Living room( lobby) was great with coffee/ tea and snakes always available . Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Several Bakeries were very close to the hotel which added more sweetness to our trip

Brilliant hotel, comfortable, and central
Loved the hotel it was amazing, the public area was lovely with free tea and coffee, jam and butter, water filter, area to prepare food. The bed and pillows were so comfy. Really love the concept of the hotel, so modern. Area was so central, near to train station and tram stops, not that you need it in Bern can walk everywhere. would definitely stay again

No A/C
NO A/C! Despite Google and the hotels.com saying it has A/C, this is untrue. We were in Bern while daytime temps were in the 80sF. Our room was always at least 75° or more even though we had windows, blinds, and thermostat at lowest setting. We messaged the hotel and they said they don't have A/C, but do have a fan coil that keeps it at or below 19°C. This was absolutely not true since we were sweating day and night. The window also only opens a crack from the top. It is locked from opening all the way. The hotel is great if you are not there when the outside temps are high and you need A/C or at least a fully opening window..
