Please check the small print about booking-in times - I didn't and it caused problems... after that we had a cracking stay at a cracking hotel with cracking hosts, can't recommend highly enough.

Great guest house in fabulous location.
The room was large and stylish, however the en suite was tiny. I understand the en suites are to be refurbished in the future so hopefully it'll be larger. Tea, coffee and biscuits supplied and also some very nice jelly beans. Breakfast was excellent. Steve, Claire and Ben were lovely hosts.

Good location near the harbour, but there are a few steep steps if you have any mobility issues. Good food, clean room and comfortable beds. Warm and friendly hosts who are more than happy to have a chat

Steve and Claire are the most friendliest host's you will come across. They will make sure you have a very pleasant stay. Always on hand if you need anything. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable. Full english breakfast was delicious. Made our holiday perfect. Many thanks.

The B&B was very welcoming and clean, the breakfast was very good. The only downside was that we had the only room ( attic room) that didn't have a shower so we used a separate bathroom which thankfully just for the room (must add though that the room had a toliet + sink ). We will hopefully be going again to the same place.

Would definitely recommend. Fantastic location for the beach, amusements and town makes it a perfect place to stay with the family. Rooms were very well turned out and we had a smashing breakfast to boot.
