This is a beautiful hotel. Our room was in the 19th floor with a vista of the ocean, it was everything one can ask for. The hotel also has a hot tub, pool and a few in-house restaurants in the top floors and also lobby levels. It's very automated regarding the check-in and check-out process.

In general it was fine. However, at first, I got a room that kept having an annoying sound and the desk was not cleaned well. Though the staff were super helpful and changed the room for me. Unfortunately, the annoying sound became less but still happened sometimes. Speaking of sounds, the soundproofing needs improvement as I could hear the guests in the next room laughing. Also, the room was quite crowded as there were two beds and I was the only guest. If there was a room with one bed it would be better, giving more space so that I could open my luggage. Anyway, the above comments are about the hotel issues, the staff were really well trained and super helpful.

It was what I was expecting it to be. It feels like a five star restaurant except cheap. There are many food options to choose from including the buffet breakfast, the famous APA curry, pizza, and cheap food items in the Lawson in the hotel which is convenient. The room has very comfortable features and everything you need to get ready for the day.

There are several hot springs available in the resort until 2am. Restaurants and convenience stores inside the resort are still open in late night. It is very convenient. I stayed one night on Monday. The room was big with a seaview, yet the room rate was low, only HK$400 a night. There is no free parking provided, yet a discounted rate (JPY 1,000 for overnight till next noon) is offered for hotel guests in the parking lot right next to the hotel. It is a good deal!

The room was spacious new and clean had a beautiful view of the bay. Breakfast was fresh. The only complaint was there was couple of minutes of elevator wait it seems everyday. Enjoyed the hot tub, available towels and hair products. There was a small grocery store, and bar in the building and nearby restaurants. The trains was not to far and available taxi outside.

We enjoyed the hotel and resort. We came to watch a baseball game and the location was very convenient. We stored our luggage before check-in and after check out providing us time to explore the area. We were surprised that the shops were only open from the afternoon. Tattoos are not allowed in the public bath, unless you have a smaller one and cover it with a seal, available at the front. The staff were kind and helpful with ok knowledge of the area. They were unaware of the Monday closure of the nearby garden they recommended we visit. It is too bad there is no where we could enjoy the sunset on the bay without going to a restaurant. We found the Asian Sagar restaurant overpriced and not very good, don’t go! We enjoyed breakfast included and lunch at momo restaurant. we will definitely visit again, thank you.

Oh my! This is not my first trip to Tokyo, but these rooms were shockingly tiny. They were just too small... But worse, the property did not disclose that it was necessary to step into a very high soaking tub and step up into the bathroom area. One of our guests was not the most able-bodied and he couldn't even bathe the entire time we were there. Disclosure for something like this would be in order. Good location to the convention center.

The location was very nice. The view from my room was breathtaking. I was very happy with my room. Amenity was great. It was not crowded and just felt like the best vacation I've ever had. I only stayed there for one night and it was my first day arriving in tokyo but I would come back again here. It was the highlight of my stay in tokyo. I'm glad went there. It is a hidden gem in tokyo.
