SureStay Plus by Best Western Orlando International Drive

The only complaint is about breakfast. The site still advertises free breakfast but given the circumstances of Covid things have changed and they have failed to mention that. Breakfast served was a banana, a bar and an old muffin. That should be mentioned online as opposed to saying free continental breakfast.

Overall the place is a good bang for your buck . Nice pool great location . My only issue was we found a roach in our room . Next to the fridge so that was bit disappointing.

It was average...good price but you get what you pay for...not a lot of extras...beds were not super comfortable and not many pillows. Was expecting a slightly nicer place

Very rundown hotel. Doing construction in front of the hotel which means more traffic going into their parking lot. Typically I’m not that picky however this hotel was maybe a “C” with my low standards. We couldn’t even get fresh towels because “housekeeping didn’t leave enough towels “ yet our party of 4 was provided 3 towels. They did not clean the room while we were gone at the park which I also found odd. When we returned from the park there were lots of people standing outside our room and our neighbors room. They had a shopping cart with them. We were tired so asked if they could tone it down. Thankfully they did without any trouble. Also disappointed to have to pay extra once we arrived there. It was only $18 more but still!!! Considering we met up with some people at Universal Studio that said they paid $99/night to stay at a Universal hotel we’ll definitely do that next time as if you stay at Universal hotels you’re guaranteed to get into Universal whereas we were not guaranteed to get into Universal Studio staying at this hotel. We were not able to get onto Universal Studio the first day because we arrived after 10 am and apparently we went during their busiest week of the year. Next time we’ll spend the extra $38 to be guaranteed onto Universal property and to get a nicer room. Sadly this likely means not shopping through Hotels. Çom but I’m okay with this too. I will not return to this hotel.

The hotel is located in a convenient area. The room was spacious and clean even though we found two roaches. There is no housekeeping unless you request it. If you need soap, toilet paper, or clean towels, go the the front desk. The complementary breakfast was bad. They give you a bag with a fruit, a small muffing, and a cereal bar. The coffee machine was broken. The hotel charges 9 dollars resort fee per night which includes two hours of pool from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We wanted the hotel just to sleep because most of the time we were out. The hotel staff was very nice. They should provide better service.

Not as advertised and no buffet breakfast as advertised

Check in was a little complicated the pos was not passing any of my cards and the staff did too much questions about where I live my address my zip code in the end I had an issue with my bank that blocked my credit card The first room had problems with the door and the heating system I was tired with two small kids and we already put all the things in to the room but we have to change

The only problem was the noisy refrigerator in the room and the noisy elevator, besides that everything was good. Very good price / quality relation. Regards.

This had to be one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed at... room was so out dated.. no running hot water! Bugs walking around in the bathroom.. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

We can start with the fact that there was blood on my comforter. Mold all over my bed skirt and box spring. The bathroom door was broken. Shower curtain to small for the shower causing a flood in the bathroom. The smoke dector going off and no one on site to replace batteries. The worst part was our neighbors smoking pot all day and night with my kids in the room next store. The pool bar closed. No pool towels.
