Beautiful Hotel - poor communication
No Soap in the hotel. Couldn’t get food in the hotel. Bar was full and did have small plates. If it want so busy. No vending machine but the desk could sell you $3 tiny bag of chips or candy bar if you asked the front desk. Gorgeous Hotel. Comfortable beds, lovely bedding, great location. Very poor communication. Who pays $300 a room and can’t get soap? The day at checkout we were offered a voucher for breakfast at noon. Would have been a nice gesture to offer that the night before.

The room was very nice and huge bathroom area. I had requested 2 queen beds, but they gave me a king bed and a roll- away bed was added.

Not a great stay.
The room was spacious. However we asked three times for extra pillows and blankets and we never got them, so we left. As all the rooms for families were taken we had a single king. The chair and the bed seat would have made a perfect bed for our little one- providing they could deliver the pillow and blankets. The cost for drinks was ridiculous, $8 for a Tito’s and water. A little much for a drink if you ask me. Very little parking that is difficult to get in and out of. Small venues for events. Food was ok, not great. Bartenders looked tweaked on drugs. Elevators didn’t work.

Perfect stay
Beautiful rooms! Nice pool and lots of fun for the family. TV in the bathroom was a kid highlight :). Only complaint was that the kitchen was a little slow.

Not a safe room
Window screen was broken and window was open in my room. Front desk said it was to let in fresh air but it looked like someone pried the screen open. Smoke detector was missing all its parts. Just a circuit board in the ceiling from where it was.

Best hotel in Sioux City!
This hotel is amazing and never disappoints! River at the front desk is awesome and takes excellent care of his guests! We love staying here! The pool area, rooftop bar and bowling alley are top highlights! The rooms are good size and the beds are comfortable! Highly recommend this hotel!
