DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL!!
Check in was at 3pm, we got there a little after 4pm and we were told the room wasn't ready. Came back later at night and walked into a room with no bedding on the blood stained mattress. Bugs were crawling on bathroom sink and feces on the bathroom wall. Told them we would not stay there and they refused to refund our money. Offered to move us to different room with an a/c that sounded like a freight train and didn't cool the room. We left and did not stay there, and they still refused to refund our money. Completely unacceptable and should be shut down!!!

The staff was very friendly! The place was pretty run down though. The room was not "dirty" but it definitely needed an update. The AC did not work (I didn't say anything because I was only there for the night and didn't want the hassle of having to maybe move rooms -- not that there would be any since it was graduation weekend and all area hotels were booked. Thus the cost, which was about 3X what it should have been -- I had to be in Kirksville, I had to have a place to sleep, and the closest hotel was 1 hour away. The place would be a gold mine if the owners renovated and cleaned it up.

It was run down and filthy! They did not have any amenities even such things as shampoo, lotion, or blankets. It is the worst place ive ever stayed. I left early and do not expect a tefund. I have to go to my bank and dispute charges they attempting to make. Horrible!!

Lamp with electrical outlets not working. To the hotels credit the maintenance man replaced it. Lack of amenities. 1 small bar of soap for 2 people. No towel that I would consider a bath towel. Instructions needed on how to turn shower on. I would not have thought to pull down on the bath faucet

They cancelled our reservation less than 48 hours prior to our event. It was parents weekend on campus, so no other rooms available in town. We didn't even get an actual apology. It was very frustrating.

Never go here. Avoid it like the plague. They overbooked me and didn't give me a room leaving us stranded for the the night. They are now trying to prevent me from getting my money back and make me pay for a room I did not get. Do not trust this company, because they will take your money, not give you a room, and refuse to speak with Expedia.
