Nice room but a disappointing breakfast
The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the shower worked well. The “breakfast” was a disappointment, limited to bagels and English muffins, Cheerios and Belgian waffles. No hot food (eggs, breakfast sausages, and no fruit or youghurt, etc.). The reception staff members were grumpy and showed no interest in being helpful or welcoming. I will not stay at this facility again.

Some great desk clerks, some not
Check in desk person was great as well as night desk. Hot tub really hot and nice, but too much chlorine. Morning desk clerk, 9/13, was also breakfast cleaner upper and she was grouchy with a get out of here attitude. Didn’t refill empty coffee pot after 8:30 and didn’t announce to patrons last call or anything. Clearly she doesn’t like her job.

Great stay and Great staff. I was hoping for at least coffee available all day, and Breakfast to start from 7 AM was too late. Room services should have been daily so that our used towels are not there all day and next days. I also found roaches on the floor, that was not a good experience. (I took a pic of Roaches in the hotel)
