Worst customer service for guest
Rude management team, racist security employees, not trained on how to speak to guest, bad customer service . Experience was awful and never were compensated for the way they treated me and my family.

Bland Traverse Resort is not so Grand.
Played The Bear twice for $240, my wife did the spa for about the same $$’s over our 5 night stay. Front desk service usually understaffed with a waiting line. House keeping services were restricted or limited and available only after 3 nights. My plane was late getting into TC, so my check in was after 9pm, so I didn’t do anything on property then. That didn’t keep Resort from billing me a Resort fee for that night of $18.95 which I protested. Front desk referrred it to their Manager who came to front desk personally to tell me I was wrong and they would always bill the fee whether checking was 4 pm or 9:30. I did not care for his decision, nor his dismissive attitude which is a training model for the front desk personnel. I think I stayed at the BLAND TRAVERSE RESORT vs The Grand Traverse Resort, though they have a nice challenging Jack Nicklaus golf course.

2/10 Poor

the place was very unkept needed cleaning very bad. when we got to our room the coffee maker still had the coffee from the previous people that stayed there. we asked to get a clean one and had to ask again at the desk to get it replaced. we have stayed at much better places for half the price. and they charged a RESORT FEE for staying there over the over rated price. the elevators had what looked like old shewed food that had been spit out and it was still there when we left.

4/10 Fair

Room conditions were terrible! We had to microwave or refrigerator, stains on the carpet and bathroom lights were bad. For the price you pay a night for a resort it was unexcitable. Will not be staying there again.
