Comfortable
Just needed a place to rest our heads before a co-worker and I had testing the following day. Beds were extremely comfortable, staff at desk was friendly and personable. The bathroom could've used some remodeling but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again. Also, underground parking was nice since that's a limited luxury there.

Very, VERY nice property that was badly (sadly) affected by COVID -- Neither restaurant is open, minimal staff, no big events happening at this time. This place can handle normal traffic plus *two* (or more) large weddings, or other events. If felt a bit like a ghost town. They're keeping the place up though, in hopes of better days. We'll *certainly* stay here again!! Lots of great dining in easy walking distance. Very nice hotel!!

The Staff was remarkably nice. The Beds were very comfortable. The location is unmatched for down town. The hotel is dated and in need of some updating and some upkeep. The furniture and light fixtures were dated. The thermostat on the wall was from the 1970s and had trouble warming the room. Though: We did stay on the coldest day of the year. I would stay again.
