Cigarette smell
The room is full of cigarette smoke, after complain then only came and spray air freshener( not satisfied just make us adjust to it..not happy at all) l would rate 4.5/10 Since I'm not a smoker the management should banned smoking in the room or split the room with smoking and non smoking room. Thanks
