Not allowed to say what I think about the hotel so I'm just gonna say it was disappointing

Nice Touch
Booked late and was given a premium room on a premium floor with complimentary fruit and water available on a table out side the lift...nice touch...not expensive for an airport hotel either.

Fair 4.0
Awful
Really really disappointed with our recent stay at Radisson Blu. We have stayed in several Radisson hotels and always received a top notch service. This visit wasn’t good, I don’t usually leave reviews but feel the need to for this visits. Reception staff weren’t great, talking between themselves for several minutes before they greeted us. Great grand reception but that’s pretty much where it ends. Our room was shocking, shower didn’t work properly, marks all over the bath. Extremely difficult to sit on the toilet, as where it was placed there wasn’t any room. Toilet seat broken. Positives - as mentioned earlier grand reception. Nice shuttle bus driver. Bar lady (Irish) in the hotel bar, very pleasant. Truffle chocolate in our room. Negatives: Rude reception staff. Bathroom - terrible, marks all over the bath, shower didn’t work. Impossible to sit on the toilet. Pillows the worse I have ever slept on. Next time we are in Dublin (we visit several times per year) we will try the other airport hotels in future.

Singing the blus
Nice hotel, clean and modern appearance. A little more soundproofing to keep out jet noise might have helped considering its convenient location next to the terminals.

Comfortable place to stay
The people are kind. Beds are comfortable. Easy walk from airport (we needed a place to stay asap). Water is hot in shower. Food is good. What we needed for our stay.

Heartbreak hotel
We asked for a business room and were told we do not have business room - The girl at reception booked a family next to our room, I made three calls the first one at 21.00 the last one at 04.00 to report banging and shouting next door Still waiting for an explanation apology from the hotel management Very disappointed with our stay at this hotel

Poor 2.0
Great service, in desperate need of a refurb.
Shower didn't work, tiolet was detached from the wall, no chair for the desk, WiFi not connectable from my room making it impossible to work. Colleagues room the heating didn't work. Great service but the hotel is so run down I wouldn't stay again.

Perfect
Excellent location for overnight stay for an early morning flight. The basic rooms are a bit dated but clean and meet your needs. The restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast. Staff were very helpful.

Good 6.0
Trip to Dublin
The hotel is rather tired and needs renovations. We stayed in a newly renovated room. The room was very large, the bathroom minute although it worked very well. A very small double bed in the corner, where a king would have easily fitted and made it more luxurious but it was very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. There was a round table that had a broken top, with no chairs and a very large empty space - what was the designer thinking!!! TV and dressing table we good but the long mirror was hidden behind the bed so from knees down it’s a no-no - really!!! Tea and coffee and as much free water as you like were all great little bonuses (for the premium room). We would stay again but probably ask for a twin room next time.
