Sehenswert orginal sächsisch-ostdeutsches Flair
Die Unterkunft war einfach und kostengünstig. Zimmer in einer Altbau-Etagenwohnung mit Küche und Balkon. Wenn ich gewusst hätte, dass es eine Küche gibt, hätte ich mir etwas für das Frühstück am Sonntag mitgenommen. Es war nicht einfach in der Stadt Plauen etwas zu bekommen. Auch ein Café für den Sonntag Nachmittag habe ich vergeblich gesucht. Plauen: schöne Stadt mit alten Häusern. Die Evangelisch-methodistische Erlöserkirche, ein Nachkriegsbau ist sehenswert. Das Erich Ohser Museum auch. Die vielen Vater-und-Sohn-Figuren in der Innenstadt nerven. In den Geschäften und Lokalen hat man Glück, wenn man nicht wegen irgendetwas belehrt wird. Man bekommt das Gefühl vermittelt, man muss dankbar sein für das, was man kriegt. Der Wirt im Schnitzelhaus stellte die positive Ausnahme dar.
