Cancun Family Trip

Do not stay at this hotel. The service is terrible. Checkin is about an hour and a half wait time in line. Staff is not friendly at all. The hotel itself is dated. Faucet water smelled like sulfur. No staff around to take poolside orders and good luck trying to get a reservation at one of their restaurants through an app ONLY and it’s not confirmed. They nickel & dime you. We had to pay for the use of the safe in the room which is a must otherwise risk of having your valuables or passport stolen. They have a sign in the rooms stating this so it’s not my opinion. Will never stay here again & it’s not that cheap of a hotel.
