    Give this one a miss

    This hotel is very dated and not appealing at all. There were holes in the walls of our room, the toilet seat was broken, and we had to flush the toilet by taking off the tank lid and pulling the chain. There were cigarette burns in the furniture and the air conditioner vents were caked with dirt. The desk staff were very nice, but having paid the same price for a gorgeous room at another La Quinta a few days prior, I was shocked at the condition of this hotel. The elevator also stuck several times.

    Cleanliness

    Our hotel room was not very clean. There was previous customers hair on the toilet, the wall in the shower and the bed. The floor of the shower had brown stuff on it that quickly washed away when we turned the water on. Also, we had problems with the toilet flushing and the shower door was not in its track.

    For what we needed it was a clean comfortable modern room. The staff was amazing. If you're looking for comfort and close to the airport this is it.

    Bad La Quinta at STL

    Location is good but hard to find...service was poor and room had no coffee pot and only one towel. Bed was comfortable but tv was old and fuzzy... not a typical La Quinta at all.

    Road hard and put away wet

    The first room was in terrible condition. Clothes rail in closet broken, missing pictures on the walls, no towels, no cups. The icing on the cake was no hot water in the shower, the mixing valve was broken. After moving to.a second room, better but still rough. The carpet on the halls was smelly, dirty and completely worn.

    I didn't like that when I checked in they gave me a dirty room. I didn't like that when I asked to speak to a manager I was advised that she was not in and that she could be called. I didn't like that when I then requested to call her, they said that it was late and she would be in in the morning and it would be easier to speak with her face to face. I didn't like that when I requested to speak to her in the morning before we left that I was then advised that she doesn't come in until after 11 on Saturdays if she comes in at all. I didn't like that I provided my number and was told that she would call and she hasn't called to speak with me about what happened.

    Great stay

    The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Checked in a little bit early which I though would be a problem but it wasn’t they had my room ready. When I got to the room I wasn’t expecting much but it’s was really nice. Bed was nice and big. Shower was nice a we tee was good and hot. Towels were easily available.
