Parts of the room had been updated and others hadn't. The HVAC was loud. The fixtures were old. The breakfast was minimal. Will not be staying here again.

Nice updates, clean, safe
The owners have updated the property and I appreciate that. For the price it is a good place to stay. The updates are nice, it’s clean, however there was a really overwhelming smell of chemical cleaners which I had to try to air out. The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable and the comforter was thin as a sheet. But it was a really inexpensive place to stay right off the highway, so you get what you pay for. Importantly, it was clean and safe. I would stay again if I needed a place to crash while driving across the country.

This was a reasonable stay for the cost.

The office was closed when I arrived. There was a sign that said "Be back in 15 minutes." I had been on the road riding a motorcycle for over 700 miles and the temperature there was over 100 degrees. I asked what was the reason for the office closure. The clerk flippantly responded that he had to get supplies for the continental breakfast offer the next morning. This was a completely "LAME" reason. It was not a surprise that supplies were required. I have stayed my last night there and I may quit using your service!

Came for a baseball tournament and decided to stay here. Very good rates and the new owners have done a good job renovating.

Convenient location
The hotel was a convenient location. We checked in late at night. It was in between Walmart and McDonalds which were both open.

Just fine
This is an older place and it shows - nothing is fancy. But you can tell they care and they're doing their best while staying at the lowest price in town. The room was clean and well stocked with the basics. Only complaint was that the fan on the heater was really loud. Everything else met my admittedly low expectations.

It was fine. Mostly just there to sleep. A bit of a gap under the outside door, put pillows in front of it to stop the draft.

Good choice for an overnight in Pratt
A former days inn now under new management.....perfectly pleasant, clean, comfortable.....if you just want good accommodations for a night, at a fair price .....and don’t expect much from the “free”’l be happy.
