    Not what I expected
I wasn't as happy as I expected to be. The front desk lady was indifferent rather than welcoming, I couldn't use the heater because it was so loud, there were people drinking and partying in the parking lot and the vestibule (loudly), the room was very cobwebby (see image), and breakfast was lacking. In general, the property was sketchy and I wasn't comfortable.

Everything was very good except the breakfast lacked any eggs or breakfast meat.

Room was good. We didn’t get maid service because we didn’t know we had to ask for it. Food and coffee was horrible.

    Hotel OK. Restaurant don’t bother.
We specifically booked this property because it had a bar and restaurant on site because after riding a motorcycle for 8 hours we want to get off and NOT go anywhere for dinner. Tried to go to the restaurant in the hotel but was told it would be an hour before we could get food because they had a big party that they had to serve. The attutude of the restaurant staff was totally rude and in fact we were asked at one point what we were there for? Needless to say we made it a point to NOT spend $$ at the hotel. Property is a little run down. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Loved having our own little veranda

    Nice place nothing fancy
The room was nice, nothing fancy. Worth what we paid. The breakfast was not great, they were out if most of it.... however we would stay there again.

    No hot water!!
Waited 20 minutes for someone to show up at front desk to check in. No hot water for showers, called front desk and was told “ya we’ve been having issues, I guess I’ll gave to call maintenance.” Breakfast was cold and gross. But the beds were comfortable and the room clean. Unfortunately I won’t be staying there again

The room was way too hot, the air conditioner could not keep up and it was so noisy I couldn't sleep even with ear plugs. Also right next to the highway so couldn't open the window due to traffic noise.

Overpriced, bring back the good breakfast!
So the hotel wasn't bad, my room wasn't clean when I was there to check in but they did it right after I got there. One of the reasons we've always stayed at this hotel is the great breakfast in the morning, but that changed completely and now it's just a typical breakfast like anything else. There are signs all over that say spa, but the hotel doesn't have one when I ask the front desk about it they said their manager just wanted them to take the tape off the signs so they did turns out this is the same manager that got rid of the great breakfast in the morning. Taking all of that into account there was a giant storm and the hotel lost power for hours and hours, so basically we paid for a room so we could sit in the dark and not going to eat at the restaurant, swim in the pool, or have their good breakfast.
