    Not the cleanest location. Had dirty towels from previous occupants in the room when I arrived. Old biscuits were in the microwave from someone else's stay.

    Scam they take your money

    The virtual card you send to the hotel was declined and I have to deal with it for hours in the middle of the night with my family And of course you take the money from my credit card and now you telling me that I can’t have a refund, is ridiculous

    Mold in showers (corners, ceiling, doors), walls were poorly patched and needed paint, entire room needed a deep cleaning. Front desk staff put me off when I complained about mold, etc. I went back later and insisted on seeing the manager who finally offered to put us in a different room and give me a rate reduction. This place is not a Quality Inn.

    Horrible!!

    Horrible!! First of all, the website said pet friendly and after I was all checked the front desk informed me that there was a $50 non-refundable deposit on the pet. There was an argument at 3:00 or so next door and it continued. There was no water in the sink. The website said full breakfast and we got a sack breakfast that has an apple, processed muffin and a bottle of water. One of the bedside lamps, was broken did not work correctly. I hope that I do not need to stay in one again.

    Just Meh

    Check in was fine, but they only gave you one key. Staff was nice enough, except for the day lady on Saturday. She was rude and kept hiding in the back and when you would call attention to the fact you were waiting she would come out with an attitude, huffing and puffing. She told both me and my mom on separate occasions that waiting is just part of it so get over ourselves. Place was clean enough, but nothing more. Room service didn't come at all on Saturday. So we ran out of toilet paper, towels (because they only gave us one full sized to begin with for 2 adults and a child), and the garbage was overflowing. Won't stay here again unless there were no other choices.

    A Nice Spot

    I loved the shower. It looks like it was remodeled. The only thing I didn't like was the constant smell of marijuana at my end of the hallway. Everything else was on par.

    The first room we were put in, the shower door was broken. The second room was disgusting but by this time it was after midnight and we were exhausted. The sleeper sofa had huge stains on it. Cleaning was a major issue but we did not realize how bad it was till the next morning. There was dried blood on the floor behind the bathroom door and on the walls. I took pictures and reported it to staff. They were apologetic and said they would address the issue with their staff. I was charged a $50 room fee in case of damages. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received it back. I was patient and understanding when this first happened. I really just wanted the hotel to be aware of the health and housekeeping issues. Now I’m just mad that not only did I stay in a room that clearly broke several health code violations but now I am having an issue getting my deposit back.
