Booked 2 rooms for my family and I on expedia. After a hours of travelling we tried to check in and were told only 1 room was avilable despite paying for 2 rooms already. My family and I were tired from the trip. The front desk staff were not helpful at all! One of them thought the situation was funny that they overbooked. The others did nothing to try to help us resolve the situation. It was another guest at the hotel that told us we should contact expedia and so we did. Expedia consultant spent an hour trying to contact the front desk staff with no success. Their "landline" number was a cell phone that was low battery. They tried to get me to speak to one of their hotel representatives on the phone but she was cut off and we lost connection and no one tried to re-contact me. It was a terrible experience! The hotel staff also kept speaking in their dialect so I could not understand! Do not stay here of you are looking for a relaxing time because the staff will not help you! I would give a zero rating!!!
