Property looks like they are renting it to long stay tenants . If so it should be listed on the site . Despite being close to downtown it is a dark spot . Trees and poor lighting add to the dark atmosphere . Noisy inside and out from guests or tenants ?? There was a motel across the street that was half the price and looked much better . Sadly i will not stay here again

Upon arrival, I could not open my room door with the room card. I had to carry my luggage and went down to the front desk once for a change. The re-issued card still could not open the door. I carried my heavy luggage and went down to the front desk twice. To my great frustration, the room card still could not open the door. Obviously, the room lock did not work. I had to went down to reception a third time. Mind you, there are no elevators in this building and I had to walk a long way up and down!!! It was an exhausting experience. The receptionist had to change a room for me. The room was dark and dirty. The bathroom basin did not drain and I had to remove the stopper and did some basic drainage work. The pipe was blocked by toilet paper!!! The park lot at rear was a huge pond of rain water. Stay away from this place!!!!!

Our room had a dirty refrigerator with leftover food, a dirty microwave, used dirty Qtips on the floor beside bed and a/c, multiple stains on the carpet, damp along the sliding doors, stains on inside pillow cases, hole in ceiling in bathroom, missing grout in bathroom tiles, no water in the indoor pool, tv with no cable. extremely disappointing, no storage for bicycles, cleaning staff waking me up at 8am to vacate so they could clean the room when checkout is 11am
