The stay was fine but I don't intend to book through hotels.com again. The price is deceptive, and if I need to make changes mid-stay, it's not possible.

Some initial problems which were quickly sorted and we were upgraded to an executive suite which was very comfortable. The hotel is not really for tourists- we were there over a weekend and on Sunday night had to order pizza to be delivered as nowhere open to eat! Bus stop extremely close but hotel is in an area with a lot of homeless people and the area felt unsafe after dark.

The room smelled like cigarette and looked dingy. We checked out 5 mins later after checking in. Outside the hotel are bunch of homeless people. Very shady place
