The hotel staff is always available from unpacking your car and delivery your luggage on arrival to picking your luggage and packing your car back during departure. The service is incredible. Overall very pleased. Hotel’s location & room’s lake view were fabulous! Breakfast buffet was excellent. King room was a good size for 2 people. Room price included pool & spa amenities which were clean & outstanding. Absolutely no complaints except this one - The mattress was old and uncomfortable due to a large sleepers indentation. Definitely time to replace the mattress in room 310!
