Always a nice stay!
I made a mistake with booking and didn’t get the type of room we stayed in last time. No problem, the front desk explained what we had to do and made arrangements for us to stay in our preferred room on the second night of our stay. No hassle with checking out and checking back in. I thank them for their patience and careful explanations.

Beautiful property that is infested with mosquitos
Absolutely LOVE the Omni - waterslides provide hours/days of entertainment for kids, food and drinks are great. My only complaint is this property is absolutely INFESTED with mosquitos. People were quite literally running from the pool starting at about 5pm because of the swarms, even while in the water. You can't sit outside and enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine. They even fill the lobby and restaurant. I just don't understand why a property of this caliber won't spray?
