Hotel was very nice, the employees were very friendly and helpful.
A hospedagem é simples. Cama e travesseiros satisfatórios. O barulho é péssimo, ficamos ao lado do trem, e escuta quando ele passa, mesmo com a janela fechada. O horário do check-in é 12:00 hrs e o check out 09:00 hrs.
These are cute rooms next to the river. Our room had river view and noise! A great breakfast was included. Overall, a great value and perfect for a one or two night stay. The ONLY problem was mold beginning to form due to constant dampness. A dehumidifier in each room would easily take care of that.
Esta muy bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable y te brindan buena información acerca de restaurantes y como tomar los autobuses a Machu Picchu, sirven el desayuno desde muy temprano para quienes tienen acceso a las 6:00 am, recomendado!
This hotel is located at the end of the “strip” in Aguas Calientes. Very quiet and clean. We selected a mountain view room and loved the view of the rushing river through our window (unique and great!!). Hotel staff very helpful. They prepared us a “breakfast to go” once we explained that we were leaving for Machu Picchu at 5am the next day. There were 2 brown bags filled with fruit, water, bars, buns and snacks ready for us at reception. This was greatly appreciated.
Everything was great! Nice people and the breakfast was delicious!
The staff was extra friendly and accommodating. Allowed us to wait downstairs in the dining area while we waited for our train and dried out from the rain. We did have an issue where we were double charged, I emailed the hotel and they responded immediately and resolved the matter. Took about 1 week for my charge to be refunded.
The people were so kind and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very clean. This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Machu Picchu.
Susanna Inn was everything we could have hoped for. Walking distance to any where in town. Very close to the Machu Picchu bus pickup. Susanna was extremely helpful - she can recommend good restaurants and places to see as well as telling you all the need to know info for Machu Picchu.
First, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast area and food were quite satisfactory. Now, the noise was impossible as it is next to the train station. The trains would idle and then rev up. It would start at about 6a.m. And last into the late evening. There were some breaks. The river rages outside, but it is a constant rumble and not as bad. The room is spartan with nowhere to put clothes. The hair dryer didn't work, they forgot to clean our room after asking us to leave our key at the desk so they had access. No back up key?? And the wifi was very poor, in the room and the lobby. I really hate to provide this poor review, as the people were so very nice.
