Uninhabitable!
Uninhabitable! We walked in and immediately walked right back out! The stench of stale cigarette smoke was overwhelming upon opening the door. Walked into the bathroom and the tub was filled with black, curly hair! And not just a few, a lot of hair!! The bed spread had cigarette hole burns on it along with stains of who knows what. Yuck. No thank you.

Pack your cleaning supplies
The microwave was full of food and grease, the bathroom had cobwebs and was the size of a closet. The drawers were filthy with hair and food and we even found an Easter egg.the coffee pots don’t work well at all!!

Go elsewhere!
We definitely got less than we paid for. The plus is that location was within walking distance of eateries. Besides that, the room smelled and felt like it hasn't been cleaned in days. We felt dirtier than when we came in and we went hiking.

Horrible
My room was okay. The other room I booked was in horrible condition sticky floor broken furniture smoke alarm torn off wall smelled very badly door bolt was broken. There was also some sort of riot at 2-3:30 in the morning. Very frightening. Hotels.com should remove this hotel from your listings.

Middle of the night noise
The staff was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The guests yelling, talking and laughing outside of my room from 2:30-3:00 a.m. were not good. I finally called the front desk and security came by and politely asked them to leave and they did. But a few minutes later one guest decided it was fine to do a phone call on the speaker phone on the balcony outside of my room. Perhaps there was someone sleeping in her room and she thought she was being considerate. The noise level was ridiculous for this time of night.
