I was not happy with this stay, enough to write my first negative review ever. First off, they put me a room that had inferior air conditioning as they were in the process of fixing it in my building and admitted that they had plenty of other rooms where the A/C was working fine. Why they put me in this room without explaining why they were doing this I have no idea. Then when I called down to the front desk to see what why my room was not cooling off, I was told about the fact that some rooms were being worked on. I asked did I then have to “deal with it”, I was told that she did not like the term “deal with it”. Long story short, I finally switched to an air conditioned room, but had to come to the front desk to switch out room keys - unbelievable. Do NOT stay here, it has gone downhill.
