GREAT RECOVERY
Extraordinary after having to break a month-stay at a place that was dirty, broken shower head, etc...and worst of all, termite droppings everywhere! I needed to have a night of no hassle before moving on beyond Honolulu, but found a luxury stay that is far too short. Wonderful staff, great facilities and a real Aloha Spirit of services! Wish I could afford to stay longer.

Everything was perfect.. i have been to waikiki 13 times and this was one of the best. I took my daughter to Hawaii for her 16th, she hand picked the ilikai.."I LOVE THE HOTEL, AND THE VIEW IS CRAZY" THANK YOU FOR MAKING US FEEL LIKE ROYALTY

Over all our stay was great , the only thing I disliked was the traffic in the elevator each time to go up or down it was real hectic and cramped . Another thing I also didn’t like was how strict the pool rules were . We came to this hotel to celebrate my daughters 6th birthday party so of course they’re going to be yelling excitingly at the pool but if we do choose to stay here at Ilikai maybe we won’t bring our kids .. the room was amazing and the beds were comfortable . I love how spacious it was and the fact that we had a full kitchen it was convenient.

Perfect family vacation!
Had a lovely family vacation! The room/hotel was always very clean, great friendly staff and reception was fast, too! We stayed on the 24th floor and the view was incredible! Will definitely stay here again when visiting Hawaii!

Terrible stay at hotel with no service
We booked a hotel instead of AirBNB because we wanted to have our room cleaned everyday. However, there was no cleaning service. So for 5 days our room was not cleaned!!! and they call themselves a Luxury Suite? and makes you pay $$$ an exhobitant amount of money which is not commensurate with the service and facilities. The bathroom has no bathtub and is very old and run down. The hotel is not a beachfront hotel as the frontage is a marina full of boats. For the price we paid, we should have stayed at Hilton Waikiki Beach which is really a beachfront hotel
