DOUBLE CHARGED!
This is the typical motel experience. First off, the room in clean at first sight. But the towels have some dirty spots in them. We have encountered roaches in the room, which caught us by surprise. Amenity-wise: The laundry is only available for a limited hour everyday. The parking in on-site and very close. Finally, THEY DOUBLE CHARGED US FOR OUR STAY. Hotels.com charged us when we booked the hotel. But when we got it the hotel, they asked for another charge. EITHER HOTELS.COM or the HOTEL has to resolve this for us.

The INN is out
Upon arrival no room was available. Then other reservations were moved around and a room was available. Very old building. Room was small as was bathroom. Bathroom door was damaged and unpainted on the inside. No coffee maker in room and none available in the morning. Bad choice for the money spent IMO.

Upon our arrival to this location, there was noone to checked us in or speak to about our reservation!! After one and a half hours of futile knocking, ringing the bell calling numer...still no response!! The place reeked of urine (this was outside)! I can't imagine what inside was like!!! I have contacted Expedia for a refund!!!

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Savannah Ga. The lady at the front desk was nice. Just a FYI all the room are all long beds there are no Queen beds on the property. I have to come back

We were switched to a different property at the last minute and we were put into an occupied room and then moved to another room that did not have a lock on the door. We lost a full night of our trip stuck in this room without a lock.
