A fabulous historic early 20th century mansion allowed to age gracefully (think antiques/blemishes) offering a lot of attention to detail on the suitably styled décor particularly in our suite 2. We seemed to be the only guests on a very busy weekend which was mystifying, almost as if they stayed open just for us or it was a ghost house and it didn't really happen. We left our car on the front circular drive the whole time. The mgr Gary and the night attendant were very pleasant and un-intrusive and fit the whole scene very well. Other than that there were only two very nice Latina women dressed in classical maid outfits who seemed to be watching over the property during the day. They also served a simple breakfast of fresh fruit cup, slice of quiche and assorted baked goods. The room was large with a faux 4-post bed and eclectic lighting/furnishings some of which had suffered with age but were still very charming. The king-size mattress was somewhat dated and had a pillow placed in the middle for extra support but was very comfortable nonetheless. The bathroom was very large, modern and clean with a comfortable tub/shower combo. The expansive windows offered views to the building being built across the way which could result in some blushes as they aren't completely covered with curtains. There is construction around the property which may be a turn off for some but it didn't bother us. All in all an enjoyable and mysteriously private stay.

We enjoyed our stay
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and had a wonderful time staying in the heart of Dallas. Gary and the staff were great hosts and made the stay comfortable and memorable. The outside of the building could use a little TLC, but other than that, it was great.

Not only is the location ideal but just appreciating all the decor was so much fun. We have stayed in a lot of nice hotels but the experience staying at Saint Germain exceeds all of them. Best hotel experience of our lives! A beautiful hidden gem with immense personal touch. Look people, this isn't the Four Seasons or Marriott. This is a place with real heart and uniqueness which is extremely rare in this day and age. We enjoyed it and will definitely come back! The room was absolutely gorgeous with an antique Parisian touch. Huge bathtub. Complimentary Champagne & a wonderful fresh baked breakfast. If you're traveling with your significant other, there is no better place in the lower 48 states than St. Germain! Also, perfect location in Dallas. Dozens of great restaurants in walking distance. But the hotel itself is in its own beautiful oasis! Staff is friendly, professional, and courteous. Some things even money can't buy. Very grateful for our time here!
