The place is nice the only thing needs to fixed is their double deck bed coz every time we move while you're in upper deck it moves and creats sound and it seems it will fall the the bed and another thing something missing inside the toilet/shower,something you can hang your towel, etc.

I would like to request EXPEDIA that in selecting your hotel partners please do an ocular visit to the hotel. It was terribly disappointing that OYO FMJ is listed as 18 minutes walk from SM City Iloilo. The fact is it is 26 kilometers away from SM, too difficult to find even with a GPS. It took us an hour to find the place and located out of nowhere. Had I opted to walk, i would have spent almost 5 hours to reach the place. Also, EXPEDIA stated that the payment will be collected at the hotel itself. I wanted to cancel the booking after 30 minutes of going back and forth to find the address. However, when I access the cancellation, EXPEDIA already charges my credit card with the payment. Arriving after over an hour of looking for OYO FMJ, it is heart breaking to know that even bottled water could not be provided by the hotel and nowhere to buy nearby as the place is just surrounded by shacks. The door lock is not working, I have to put a chair behind the door to secure it and definitely, it affected my sleep being alone in a room in a hotel out of nowhere. I have so much trust in EXPEDIA as I have booked several flights before but I do not think so that I gonna book hotels with your company in the future....
