BE WARE - this property is fraudulent! I made a reservation, when I arrived the property owner was out, and asked me to wait for her. I waited an hour for her to arrive 6pm. She arrived only to tell me she couldn't accommodate me because the city was going on lockdown. She has died me a refund, and wont answer calls to expedia reps.

Our stay was downgraded
We booked a 2bedroom unit and we were disappointed that the owner gave us 2 units with 1 bedroom each, separate floors. I texted the owner and advised me that due to high demand, the 2-bedroom unit we booked a few days ago must have been given to someone else’s hence our room was downgraded. We refused to accept the offer of using 2 separate units, we used the unit located on the 36th floor and we demanded for a refund, the owner responded to our request immediately. The unit has no toiletries, aircon is strong. After so many attempts the Netflix finally worked. We can book again on this condo building since the location is very very accessible but definitely not on this unit.
