Guest's pet is welcome but needs to be declared to the host. The guest must inform the host upon booking of any pet, its kind, breed and other specifics. The guest with a pet who's been approved by the host, understands and agrees to the following, out of respect towards the apartment, neighbors and future guests: - the pet cannot be left alone at any time, excessive noise and barking must be prevented and immediately dealt with by the guest; - it is the guest's responsibility to keep the apartment and the building clean and free of any hair/fur, stains, poo and pee, scent marks, scratches, damages caused by chewing or other damages; - no pets are allowed in bedrooms, on soft upholstery, furniture, beds at any time; - it is the guest's responsibility to clean after the pet regularly during the stay, as well as deep clean after the pet prior to checkout (hair, fur, other traces);- 5 days prior to check in, a photo of the pet should be shared with the host, for insurance and liability reasons.The host will claim repair or replacement of the damages left by the pet, as well as the cost of associated deep cleaning. Violation of our pet policy may result in additional fees. 8. A picture of a valid government issued ID (i.e. drivers licence), consistent with the identity of the person on the reservation, must be sent 5 days prior to check in.9. Liv MTL may use video surveillance in public areas. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the suite to monitor excessive noise levels.10. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be claimed and deducted from the security deposit.11. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules.
