The location of the hotel was great. 10mins walking distance to the city's shopping district. Cleaness of hotel was unacceptable. Upon the arrival to my room, found a lot of dust and bunch of hairs all over the carpet. and the glass cabinet was dusty. I requested a receptionist to clean the room. She said sorry and making sure the room'd be clean. The day 2 I saw a cleaner caming into my room. I asked him if he uses a hoover to clean the carpet.He replied yes. when I came back from sightseeing, the carpet was still the same. I contacted to the reception for the second tme. She said sorry this must be their fault. They will clean properly. I have stayed 5 days complained 4times even took pictures to show them. But nothing was changed. If you like to stay somewhere decent standard, stay away from this hotel.
