The staff was AWESOME! Very accommodating with a water issue in our room. Angie with entertainment was so fun! Juanito at SOS & 5 o’clock bar loved our 22 people during COVID. Ana at the SPA! There was a storm from a hurricane in Honduras we had for a couple of days. Wild times

We had a GREAT getaway. Super clean, and amazing staff and they are following all COVID protocols. Can't wait to go back. We loved it.

I booked the stay for myself through Expedia. I went with my best friend. My fiance surprised me, and showed up there. So, we tried to add him to the room with me, and the receptionist would not give him the same pricing as the Expedia prices. The receptionist charged my fiance double the Expedia price. The receptionist claimed that she could not Match Expedia pricing to add my fiance. So, we paid the extra expense. Then, the room did not have cable television. They said it was because of the weather, but did nothing to amemd the issue. The room key rarely worked. The hotel makes you download an app, and share your information with the hotel. The hotel is supposed to be all inclusive, however, the room snacks have to be purchased through an allotted point system given through the app the hotel makes you download. The room service must be ordered through the app, but it rarely worked. There are much better all inclusive hotels around. I would not stay here again.
