Excellent Hotel - Superb!
Absolutely brilliant hotel. We stayed for 3 nights during our visit to Sorrento and the hotel is stunning. They have really classy and tastefully designed interiors. We stayed in the junior suite, the room was spacious and bright with its own wraparound balcony which boated an outside jacuzzi bath, sun loungers and a table and chair. The views are stunning and the staff were just incredible and could not do more to make our stay perfect. The attached restaurant is a must-visit and the breakfast is very very good. Absolutely 100% worth staying and we will certainly come back again!

From before even stepping onto the property we were treated with the most incredible service. Luana & Maria would respond to any email regarding our stay, reservations, or bookings promptly. They were beyond helpful with planning our itinerary and guiding us. They recommended boats for a trip along the Amalfi Coast & activities such as olive oil tasting, cooking classes, & lemon garden tours. Once we arrived to the property we were greeted with warmest smiles and services. The hotel itself was stunning, with breathtaking views of the sea, Mount Vesuvius, & Sorrento. The rooms were large, spacious, and very clean. Housekeeping always brought us anything and everything we needed. Every morning at breakfast, Valentina, George, & Max would have the biggest smiles and provide us with anything and everything we needed. By the 3rd day of our stay, they would bring our coffees out without us even asking, which was a testament to the hotel’s attention to each guest. The staff down by the beach club and up at the Sunset Bar too were very kind and provided us with exceptional service. We dined at Restaurant Lorelei & the service and food we got there too was exceptional. Mariana explained each dish very well with so much detail, Pepe was helpful with guiding us with the wines, and George, once again, provided us with great service. My family & I had the most amazing 6 nights at Hotel Lorelei Londres. Every meal, sunset, and staff member exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return

The view from each room is simple the best of Sorrento , the rooms are very spacious for Europe , extremely clean, and is located in very quiet street but not far from the center , only 10 minutes walk from main port

Beautiful views
Room was nice. It is a little walk to the center of Sorrento but we didn’t mind that. Rooftop bar has a beautiful view. Rooms have a beautiful view as well. Restaurant Lorelei that has one Michelin star was good. Overpriced… but I suppose that’s to be expected give Michelin rating.

Not a bad thing to say about the property BUT I strongly suggest not booking any excursions through the hotel. We booked a private driver and tour guide for Vesuvius and Pompeii through the hotel. Our private driver was a disaster…not even knowing we were supposed to go to both destinations. After taking us to Pompeii, he basically refused to take us to Vesuvius and instead took us to a restaurant of his choosing and then to a coral factory which was basically his attempt to get us to buy jewelry we didn’t want and then cutting the trip short by 2 hours. He tried to tell us that Vesuvius was closed due to high winds which was not substantiated by the Vesuvius National Park website. Even though I complained upon return, the hotel gave us a token discount. In the end we paid 550 Euros the cost of Vesuvius park tickets for a trip to Pompeii and back…very disappointing given the level of hotel and unfortunately was a black mark on an otherwise pleasant stay.
