    Not Impressed

    The room was nice. Exit gates to the parking lots were always open so non-guests were driving in and out at will. On both days I was was there half the breakfast items were out only 1 hour into service. I did have problems asking the maintenance staff for extra towels and toilet paper because they did not speak or understand a word of English. I was also concerned about the cloudiness of the pool and my daughters found that both skimming filters were clogged. One with hair and the other with a whole towel. This did not make me feel secure that the water was safe.

    Hampton Norcross

    When I entered to check in the clerk was arguing with a customer. The clerk told the customer he was gonna have to leave if he kept on. The customer was majorly unhappy because the clerk assigned him a room and gave him the key that already had someone in it. This went on for a while at least 5+minutes. This made me very uncomfortable. There were other custo.ers that had problems also but i didn't hear what they were dealing with. I doubt i will return to this place. This was my second time staying here.

    Room Great, Service not so good...

    The service was AWFUL. We stayed 3 nights. the first night was good but the next morning we were woke up and asked to check out. I had already paid for our room and fully checked in i thought.. I had to go to front desk show my confirmation and check in again. The VERY NEXT morning...SAME THING AGAIN.. Woke us up and asked us to check out... The room was great.. Front desk not so nice.....

    Great room with comfortable beds

    We came into for a friends party, the hotel was very nice and clean. We just had to wait on staff for service at the desk each time we went to it. Even after ringing the bell(which I hate to do) no one came, we had to wait almost 10mins each time. Other than that, the staff was nice. We loved the property and will stay again.

    Good stay but don't ask for waffles

    The stay was very good. First, I want to say if stay here again. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was like new and having a power outlet available on each side of the bed was a bonus as my wife and I have to use cpaps. The bathroom was also spacious and able to have me, my wife and daughter in there at the same time. The staff checking me were very nice and friendly and breakfast was decent. The con: Breakfast was being handed out instead of self-service. This in itself isn't the con. I get it and didn't mind that. It was the people serving the food. They didn't serve the food we asked for and don't like confrontation. We were only the 2nd people in line when they opened and asked for 3 waffles, however, they kept giving our waffles others. When I kept asking they acted like I needed to wait in line again to get them. Then only gave me 2. When I asked the my 3rd one, they gave me one that was half cooked. I get serving the food due to covid and that everyone comes down for breakfast. It's not about the waffle. It's about the service and to give me a half done waffle to get me out of the way isn't acceptable.
