The breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing!
Laura at check in had a big smile even behind the mask. She was very friendly and helpful. Room is nicely decorated with the comfortable big bed.
Beds could be a little bit more comfortable they are stiff.
The best part about this hotel is breakfast. It offers a good variety, is fresh and nicely presented. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. There is an odor in the hotel building that could stem from sewer issues. If you can get a room that had a "soft" remodel it shows a slight improvement over the one that didn't. Overall the property makes the impression that it ran out of money. Hopefully somebody sees the potential and brings the "Hilton" quality back.
Fast, friendly, easy, comfortable, and pizza around the corner was excellent!
Very bad restaurant, Food not to eat. Breakfast very good.
It was great
Great place to stay while visiting the Christmas markets, able to use public transportation easily.
I have booked a room for one night for Jan.2 of 2020 in stead of Dec. 2 of 2019 by mistake. The rate was non refundable. The manager Mr. Mueller was kind to give of full refund. The hotel is very clean and has enough parki ng spot for free in addition to the free good breakfast. The hotel is not far from the city centre and it has an easy access to one bus that take you directly to downtown.
Excellent breakfast. Room was not what we booked. We were given twin beds instead of a double. The hotel is convenient by the highway but nothing interesting is near by. The rooms are comfortable but dated.
