Great location, beautiful grounds, and fun overall experience at the Family Club. Food could have had a bit more taste (felt the same everywhere), and a small nit, but fresh towels stockpiled would have been a nice to have. Beach is gorgeous, and pools are fun. Would definitely recommend to others and come back in the future.

Property was good. The people are a mixed bag. No one will go out of the way for you and everyone try’s to rip you off. No standardization of prices or services. Tours have no structure and seem all over the place once you take part. We did a simple swim with the dolphins tour and the girl said 3hrs. We left our hotel at 10:45am and returned just after 4pm.

We traveled with 2 young kids (6&4). We loved the convenience of the family club location to everything around- just what you need when vacationing with kids! Food was not impressive at all…breakfasts were all the same every day of our stay and had little variety. We were having lunches at the beach where food was a bit better. Dinners were ok, but at times frustrating, ex.:sushi had little fish and the rest is just rice. Staff was at times disappointing with careless service: if you had room service, you most likely don’t get new towels. So when you come from the beach and want to take shower, you don’t have towels. I spent half an hour telling every staff passing by our room to get us towels, I called the reception…we never requested room service again during our stay to avoid the inconvenience. Same with drinks at the buffet: sometimes we had to wait for coffee or fresh juice for 15min, I’d rather get it myself but this was not an option.. At the beach spa…another story:paid $90 for a 40min crane massage. The guy who charged me said it is actually 55min-even better! The masseuse didn’t understand what crane massage means, I tried to explain but she speaks very little Engl. After all she did a 25min regular body massage. I looked at the time but didn’t want to argue. The next day a spa rep came to me to offer service I declined explaining what happened and she made up for 15min giving me an ok free crane massage. We loved our vacation, but won’t be back to Princess
